A lot of negativity around here

I just started looking at the boards and I have to say, everyone is really negative. I thought I would get some advice or advise others but this is ridiculous. Every post ends up with a lot of arguing or bickering and complaining. Does anyone else agree??
By the way, I am a Credit and Collections Manager for an 'Original Creditor'. Are most of you guys with third party debt collections and if so, is there a forum here for people like me?
