Posting by a dumb debt collector on a message board.

The only claim we'll be prooving is our claim to recovered legal fees, courtesy of yours truly. You can get details of the $400 per hour attorney bill and $50 per hour charge for that man in the trenchoat and raybans waiting at your local mailboxes etc.

The utter ignorance of these debt collectors never ceases to amaze. The only logical expanation possible for it is the immense density of the bone mass that constitutes their cranial cavities. It must be so thick that no room whatever exists inside for any new concept to exist whatever.

Somehow they seem to think that they are nearly invincible and that their methods will always win and they will end up getting paid almost no matter what.

Now then, I must admit that prior to the appearance of Creditwrench on the scene that was probably quite true. That was, of course, back in the seemingly prehistoric days when all they had to do was to file a lawsuit on recalcitrant debtors and the game was all over.

Such is no longer the case. Today, creditwrench students never, never lose a case. And so there is no possible scenario in which a debt collector should ever be able to win a court case.

It isn't about filing lawsuits on debt collectors. It can be done but it simply isn't all that profitable in most cases. Far better to just whip the pants off of them and leave them walking off talking to themselves wondering what the hell it was that hit them and their great succes ratios.

For instance, one Creditwrench student just whanged a debt collector for nearly 9 grand in federal court and no sooner does he get their settlement check than here comes the next debt collector trying to collect on the same account and using even dumber letters and tactics than the first one did.

So it don't make any difference what they do, they are simply losing each and every time they try to go up against a credit wrench student.

I guess they will never learn.
