Creditwrench is the most vicious thing to ever hit the debt collection industry. His idea of filing suit on people who are just trying to make a living is preposterous but extremely dangerous to our ability to hire employees. Filing suits on agencies for violations is not new of course but the idea of filing suit on our employees would be the most dangerous thing that ever hit our industry by far because as he says it would soon be impossible to hire an employee or even keep the ones we have. He knows how to do it too. He helped one of his students win a $100,000 lawsuit against my husband before we got married and still has another lawsuit against my husband which hasn't been to court yet. My husband says there is no possible defense that will keep us from getting hit again. That really won't bother us much because we have insurance which will cover it but it is still a lot of bother. I've tried to get his information but he found out who I was wouldn't let me have it. I paid him all of the money up front and I thought I would get his stuff but all he did was refund my money and I got nothing at all.
