I'm in disussion with one of the most prestigious law firms in Los Angeles ("Dewey Cheatem and Howe") in regards to a large, class action suit against the ACA and K-G for their negligence in failing to properly inform collectors of the likelihood that we may experience emotional distress and anger when dealing with debtors and their frivolous lawsuits.
