First off, I agree with most of your post. One thing I had to question was being down the path of extinction. I for one, know that nothing I do is going to put me anywhere near extinction. I have a basic philosophy. Stick to the bill, stay away from personal slanders towards debtors and be articulate enough to explain why it is in the debtors best interests to pay. Do that and nobody can do anything to you. We do have to be watchful and prudent. But just as an example, this cat is never calling debtors "consumers" and "customers". Remember, people ordering pizzas are customers not people who stole thousands of dollars and then actively evaded being responsible for it.

It is never in the best interests of the debtor to pay anything to a debt collector. Quite the contrary! It is in their best interests never to pay a debt collector.

The reason that this is true is that first of all paying a debt collector never helps them in any way and in fact puts them in much worse condition both financially speaking and in terms of the impact on their credit reports. To make matters worse, by paying them one is doing nothing more than helping promote a so called "industry" of freeloaders who clog our court systems and adding to the tax burden of us all whether we pay our bills on time or not.

Courts always operate at a tremendous loss and those losses are paid for with our tax dollars all because of these tax hogs who feed at the expense of the public. They are a scourge upon our society and must be put out of business and the only way to do that is to deny them revenue. They are also thieves, law breakers and therefore crimianls and as a result they are not to be feared.

In order to do that it must become public knowledge that they cannot possibly file suit and hope to win against a knowledgeable debtor who knows the law and knows how to defend those rights under the law.

These stupid fools seem to think that lawsuits filed against them by inhabitants of some Looney Tunes message board known as "Art of Credit" are a danger to their so-called "industry" but in truth, that is nothing compared to the ability of
CREDITWRENCH STUDENTSto defeat them in court and thereby help eradicate these abusers of our courts and our tax system entirely.CREDITWRENCH is the ultimate lethal weapon<>
