33 I don't give crap what you think honestly, but by acknowledging this accusation I have already given it too much creedence.

The reason I like Lizard and not the others isn't based on factual info, its based on personality. He doesn't get all icky like you, when confronted with opposing viewpoints.

I think wrench here knows me pretty well for only knowing me less than 20 hours, and he should know I am legit by now. This is hilarious! The chickens have finally come home to roost shpeal!

I never thought I would have to proove I'm not a debtor!! Keep em coming this is great!

This "LizardKing" would be out of his depth in a parking lot puddle. He has delusions of adequacy and is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot. I happened to visit the CreditNet Site as well. This wipe titled a post "JDP Pro Se is Hiding90" and the schmucks actually banned me! Apparently my arrival coincided with this guys ban. I have/had no idea who the moron Hiding90 is/was, but they say that my IP address matched one from LA area, which I still marvel at being a PA resident my entire life.

An old collections trick often pulled on debtors

I got letter from ABC Collections today that says if I believe that my account listed with them is fraudulent then I need to proceed with filing a police report and send them copies of said report before they will agree to stop collection and stop reporting.
Has anyone else heard of this??

Debt collectors are always trying to pull this mean trick on debtors. Make them prove they don't owe the debt instead of doing their job and proving that the debtor owes the debt. Problem is they get away with it too. Never fall for this kind of skulldoggery. Tell them you don't have to prove anything. It is up to them to prove their claim or forget collecting it and get ready to pay for their violations of the law.

A lawyer's contribution

Lawyer's Contribution

At the United Way in a fairly small town a volunteer
worker noticed that the most successful lawyer in
the whole town hadn't made a contribution. This guy
was making about $600,000 a year so the volunteer
thought, 'Why not call him up?'

He calls up the lawyer.

'Sir, according to our research you haven't made a
contribution to the United Way, would you like to do so?'

The lawyer responds, 'A contribution? Does your
research show that I have an invalid mother who
requires expensive surgery once a year just to stay alive?'

The worker is feeling a bit embarrassed and says,
'Well, no sir, I'm...'

'Does your research show that my sister's husband
was killed in a car accident? She has three kids and
no means of support!'

The worker is feeling quite embarrassed at this point.
'I'm terribly sorry...'

'Does your research show that my brother broke his
neck on the job and now requires a full time nurse
to have any kind of normal life?'

The worker is completely humiliated at this point.
'I am sorry sir, please forgive me...'

'The gall of you people! I don't give them anything,
so why should I give to you!'
