It seems that debt collecors will never learn. Now then, let me state that I had nothing at all to do with these calls. None of these calls were directed at me. They are all recorded on the website of Attorney Lawrence S. Ruben, a prominent consumer advocacy law firm.

Each of the following phone calls are illegal for one reason or another and it would be good for you to click on the link above and find out why they are illegal if you don't already know. And that is the point of this post. I want my readers to be aware of the fact that in most states you can tape phone calls and you can use them to your advantage as well as to the advantage of others. It is very easy to do and you don't need any technical assistance at all.

After all, if there is one thing these debt collectors would not want happening is getting caught on tape making fools of themselves or abusing people in public.
