Hello Group,

I need your help and thoughts. There is a agency here in Georgia that owed
$200.000.00 to there clients and they closed up and never payed the clients.
She said she sold the business but that never happened. The new company is
collecting on accounts that they do not have a contract with the client. The new
company just started working what she had. They are not paying anyone
either. Neither company is listed with the Secretary of States office in Georgia.
The new company phones are turned off and will not let anyone in the door. The
reason I know this I have alot of these clients and they are telling me
this. Also some of the people who are paying me or being hit by this outlaw
company. My clients have been to the police but were told this is a civil matter.
There is money being stolen how is that civil. Does anyone have any ideas for
me, I want to help my clients, there are alot of people being hurt by this.
