Don't ask me...... I'd bring back public hangings if it were my choice....

My agency doesn't fall for this nonsense. We challenge all disputes and require the debtor to provide full detail of the alleged dispute. We find that in so doing, probably 95% of all "disputes" are found to be false and are only forwarded in an attempt to forestall payment.

In the case of the tutorial on AoC though, the debtor is instructed to do this so as to completely avoid payment altogether, not merely to forestall payment.

I hope you guys don't fall for this garbage. Even a collector with a rudimentary understanding of FDCPA and FCRA can see through this tripe and challenge it without fear of legal repercussions. This is all smoke and mirrors that only "the least sophisticated collector" would fall for

Although that may be true, the turds are instructed as the account is in the process of being sent to a CA. Granted an OC would NEVER send off a disputed account b/c it is a major no no, but again these turds are hoping for the 'slips thru the cracks' situation which is the time the account is sent off in a portfolio just sold to a CA. This edict is sinister and again, if a debtor knowingly and fraudulently applies for credit with the specific intent to defraud, then they do deserve (in this case) to sit (not rot) in jail. Fraud, attempted fraud, defrauding, whatever you want to say, would be a felony in all states b/c of the dollar amount and planned intent.

I can't believe my last post was erased --- again.

Sheesh, You just mention "picantel" and Lindala and the moderator will race to erase the post. Are they afraid of picantel or what LOL.

The Mighty Lindala and the Moderator act as though I'm attacking Picantel. Of course, I didn't insult him or call him names, yet my post was erased. I debate aggressively, and I always win. I do not use profanity and I'm not abusive. All I did was expose Picantels true intentions. Obviously, Lindala and the Moderator don't like to hear the truth about their buddy, Picantel. If the truth is insulting, well, I can't help that

Questioning somebody's intentions is usually not that big of a deal. Obviously, this board is pro debtor. Picantel threatens to sue agencies, yet the moderator loves him. Somebody questions his intentions, and the posts are erased?

Just like what I thought. Kaulkins is truly the traitor of the industry. Anybody that would allow the moderator to be so pro-debtor can't be on the side of the collector. Kauklins is now getting the reputation of being the traitor of the industry thanks to Picantel's buddy, the moderator.

I guess Kaulkins is now the largest debtor advocate in the country. That's the message I'm getting.

Lindala and the moderator will destroy kaulkins reputation before this is over. Kaulkins is already getting a reputation of supporting those who attack agencies, which doesn't look good for them. I read on another board that Kaulkins is slowing trying to phase out various agencies and that's why they are so supportive of Pic.
