Creditwrench beats the daylights out of them all the time

Dodged another bullet

It's been awhile since I've posted, but thought I'd update on several things including how creditwrench has worked for me.

First off, thanks to Bill and the creditwrench method I sued a ca who was bugging the daylights out of me. Two weeks after they were served I got a phone call from their attorney ( half way across the country) and he wanted to know what it would take to settle and I told him. He folded to easy( I knew I should have started higher). Anyways due to the confidentiality agreement I can't get into the goodies of the agreement, but I will say I am satisified with the end results.

Now more importantly, I dodged a bullet for now anyways. I don't know if Bill remembers, but it was a little over a years ago I was sued by a collector- attorney trying to reduce an arbitration award into a judgment. It was the dreaded W&A arbitration thing with NAF against me. Anyways I filed my answer to their complaint a little over a year ago, I kept checking with the court because nothing was happening with the suit. Well today I get a dismissal order from the court for failure to prosecute. I don't know why they didn't do anything if they thought there award was so solid. So I guess it's a waiting now to see if they file and sue me straight out for this still unvalidated debt.

Bill, if you care to see the complaint and my answer to it to see if it would be of any help let me know and I'll e-mail it to you. I know you've been working on ways to fight these things and I don't know if it will help, but if you need it I'll send it.
Again thanks Bill
