A lil freudian slip.

Were is the beer cheaper warm, sconi'? Cuz I am from Minnesota annexed Wisconsin and I never noticed that.

Oh, BTW, we survived Bush's visit as he took an unscheduled jaunt to River Falls to throw the ball with the KC Chiefs then they shut the river down and shot to kill any boaters that defied the coast guard as the Bastard in Chief sat astride the St Croix with his many eager followers. I didn't get to see any snipers scaling the buildings. What if one of HIS snipers wants to shoot him, then what'll we do?

True story of why I stayed in collections.while collecting a (TIE) account with another agency is how I met this broker over two years ago now. Since that day we have made what I feel is, a great deal of money together and he has made me look like a champ with corporate at the same time. Because of him, I am now a manager and I am earning a piece off everything dollar collected as well as everything refinanced. My brokers have access to a huge trust account and the best appraisers across the country equating to debtor accounts being auto paid within the spin curves. That equates to more market share, which equals to more revenue for the agency. Beyond all that, a $750.00 commission bonus is given per loan to the collector or collection manager to split with others if they so choose and they should! That is what added up for me. 3 of my collectors closing 1 deal each means $2250.00 in my pocket. I honestly was considering leaving collections all together but with in 1½ years, the money has become better than the companies RVP and that I could not have foreseen. Rates are and will continue to stay low and people use their homes as ATM machines when cornered. If you too are a collector or collections manager take your piece also and build a residual income at the same time off what you are already doing anyway. You can call or email me and I’ll tell you more about it if you like and how to cover your anatomy. The truth is our company spins are important but so are our pockets and our bills.

The dirty truth is that by trying to con the homeowner into paying the bill using his home equity as an "ATM MACHINE" this slime ball is putting the debtor in a positon where he could lose his home and at the very least charging him an extemely high rate of interest and helping to ruin his credit ratings even more. Consumers need to be aware about such dirty deeds as this and what the eventual outcome might be. Paying these jokers isn't the best way to go by any stretch of the imagination. Dealing with them in the mistaken belief that one is "doing the right thing" is just a trap and will be likely to cost them dearly in the long run. Don't fall for it.

In fact, since he is so stupid that he puts out his private cell phone why not just call this consumer rapist and tell him what you think of him and his dirty little tricks? Run his cell phone bill so high it puts him out of business. It would serve him right and be a great service to society in general. So do your part to help put this scum bag out of business. Call him a bunch of times.
